Customer-to-page sprint: editable pilot pack
OneFounder HQ · October 19, 2026
This is an original modeled offer, not a client engagement, endorsement, booking, or revenue report. Use the economics as assumptions to replace. Nothing in this document takes payment, sends a message, or publishes a page.
Offer page copy
Turn customer conversations into a page your next client can understand
For independent B2B consultants with one service they have already delivered. Bring the customer evidence and offer details. Receive a messaging decision memo and a complete sales-page draft, ready for your own website editor.
Proposed pilot price: $950 for one service page. First draft by business day seven after complete intake. Return one consolidated set of comments within three business days; the final revision arrives within two business days after those comments.
When this fits
You already sell a defined service. Referral prospects understand the work after speaking to you, but the website does not explain who should hire you, what arrives, or how to start. You can supply permissioned customer conversations and someone who can approve the offer facts.
What arrives
- A two-page messaging memo: buyer situation, triggering problem, alternatives, differentiator, objections, evidence limits, and the choices made for the page.
- A 600–1,000-word sales-page draft: headline, subhead, situation, deliverables, process, fit/non-fit, price where approved, FAQ, and one next action.
- A claim checklist linking factual promises to approved offer details or customer evidence.
- One revision responding to a consolidated set of comments from one decision-maker.
What you supply
One current page or offer document; one service; up to 60 minutes total across three customer conversations, or permissioned notes; approved scope, price, delivery terms, and relevant proof; and one decision-maker. Do not send confidential employer/customer information you are not entitled to share.
What this does not include
Website design, CMS publishing, interview recruitment or conducting new interviews, ads, traffic generation, ongoing content, a second offer, or a conversion guarantee. You remain responsible for factual accuracy and publication. If you need broader positioning or business design, agree a different project before starting.
How it runs
- Confirm fit and agree scope, payment/cancellation terms, a start date, and publishing ownership in writing.
- Send complete intake. The provider acknowledges receipt and confirms the start date.
- Approve the messaging direction on day three. This is a decision review, not line editing.
- Receive the first draft and claim checklist by business day seven.
- Return one consolidated set of comments within three business days. The final revision arrives within two business days after those comments. Late feedback requires a newly agreed slot.
Next step
Ask for the complete demonstration. Read it before arranging a fit discussion. A demonstration shows the work you receive; it is not a testimonial or claim of prior customer results.
Fit checklist for the provider
- Is there one existing service, already delivered to actual customers?
- Does the prospect have a current page/messaging problem rather than an undefined business?
- Can the owner supply useful permissioned source material before the start?
- Does the source avoid sensitive material that cannot be shared with your chosen tools?
- Can one person approve scope, claims, and revisions?
- Who will publish, and is publishing explicitly excluded from your obligations?
- Can you competently judge the sector's claims? Decline specialist regulated work outside your competence.
- Are employment/conflict obligations clear for both parties?

Intake receipt template
Subject: Intake received: customer-to-page sprint
Thanks for sending the material. I have the current page, the offer fact sheet, and sources I1–I3. The following items are still missing: [list only what is genuinely missing, or state none].
Our agreed start and direction-review dates will be confirmed in writing once those items are complete. You will receive the messaging memo, complete first draft and claim checklist by business day seven after that start. Return one consolidated set of comments within three business days; the final revision arrives within two business days after those comments. Late feedback requires a newly agreed slot. You remain responsible for publishing.
Permission-seeking message
Your service page describes the activities, but I couldn't tell which situation makes someone hire you. I made an example showing how customer conversations can become a clearer page. Would you like the example? It is a demonstration, not one of your customer interviews.
Follow-up after someone requests the sample
Here is the full example: [attach the actual sample, or insert your tested public link]. It contains the source notes, research decisions, finished page, and review checklist. The business and interviews in it are synthetic.
Does your page have a similar problem, or is the difficult part somewhere else? If this would help, the proposed sprint is $950 with the scope above. I can check fit with you before either of us commits to a start date.
Do not replace the attachment with a demand to book a call. Send what you offered first.
Modeled monthly economics
Four-week planning month; two completed $950 projects; two card transactions.
| Item | USD |
|---|---|
| Gross asking-price scenario | 1,900.00 |
| Stripe domestic-card fee assumption | -55.70 |
| Software/small admin allowance | -30.00 |
| 5% cash reserve for rework/refunds | -95.00 |
| Cash after these costs and reserve | 1,719.30 |
| 28 owner hours valued at $40 | -1,120.00 |
| Surplus after that labor value | 599.30 |
This excludes tax, insurance, equipment, and other business overhead. A reserve is set-aside cash, not necessarily an incurred expense. The cash remainder is not take-home pay.
Time per project: acquisition/fit 3h; intake 1h; analysis 2h; draft 3h; revision 2h; delivery 1h. Two projects = 24h. Monthly pipeline/bookkeeping = 4h. Total = 28h. Six extra hours per project gives 40h and only $119.30 surplus after valuing labor at $40/hour.
