Subject: Count the hours around delivery
Preview: Finding the client is part of the work too.

A project can look worthwhile until you count the hours around the main deliverable.

Open Studio in the browser where you saved your offer, then choose “Restore saved offer.” If you didn’t save it, use your downloaded proposal to re-enter the details.

Include the fit conversation, missing-input follow-up, analysis, revision, and handover. Add the time spent finding suitable buyers. If you have not measured those hours yet, label them estimates.

Suppose the draft takes three hours, but acquisition takes three more and review takes two. Pricing only the draft hides most of the job.

Keep your first offer small enough to deliver without borrowing time from work or recovery. If the model does not fit, reduce the scope, raise the proposed price, or choose a different buyer problem before adding automation.

Review your offer in the Studio →

The model helps you see assumptions. It cannot tell you that someone will buy.
